Consider bringing items from this list.  Weather and length of stay should be considered.

Clothes (that you don't mind getting dirty)

  • long pants for work
  • shorts for after work (if its warm)
  • underwear
  • socks
  • short sleeve shirts (t-shirts are great)
  • long sleeve shirt
  • a sweatshirt (again, preferably old)
  • boots or sneakers that you can get mucky
  • a light pair of shoes/sandals for dry footwear after work
  • rain gear (we will be outside even if its raining)
  • warm sleepwear or long underwear

Other Items

  • closed-lid water bottle
  • warm hat and a hat for the sun
  • sleeping bag or bedding (pillowcase, sheets, blanket)
  • your favorite pillow
  • wash cloth and towel
  • toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, comb)
  • a flashlight
  • a good book or something to do quietly at bedtime or early morning
  • a favorite board/card game to play with others (optional)
  • bug repellent and sunscreen lotion if you prefer your own (optional)

Electronics
Farm Camp thrives on community and a rustic way of life. In order to get the most out of our program experience, participants should plan on not using any electronic devices including phones, cameras, tablets, readers, or games during program work and project time. In general, we do not share wifi access with students.
